Today it’s Day 5 of the GCP and we are not supposed to have raw food or salads. I felt a bit hungry now, so I had boiled yellow pooshinikkai. It felt warm and good in my tummy. Soothed it.

After a while, I felt thirsty and wanted a cold drink. I had chilled homemade lime juice. Mom told me later that chilled drinks and chilled foods are bad for endometriosis.
