Here’s how I get through bad days. I use my ‘self-care kit’ that includes the following measures:
- Getting oodles of rest.
- Using a medicine kit consisting of balm, spray, home remedies, tablets, etc.
- Eating wholesome home food.
- Listening to music from a playlist of my favorite songs.
- Nourishing my skin, hair, etc., with creams and oils.
- Avoiding social media.
- Muting WhatsApp groups that send too many posts a day.
- Writing in a notebook.
- Convincing doctors not to take unnecessary scans, MRIs, etc.
- Screaming into the void!
