Aishwariya's LittLog

On Books, Writing, Editing, and More

Here’s how I get through bad days. I use my ‘self-care kit’ that includes the following measures:

  1. Getting oodles of rest.
  2. Using a medicine kit consisting of balm, spray, home remedies, tablets, etc.
  3. Eating wholesome home food.
  4. Listening to music from a playlist of my favorite songs.
  5. Nourishing my skin, hair, etc., with creams and oils.
  6. Avoiding social media.
  7. Muting WhatsApp groups that send too many posts a day.
  8. Writing in a notebook.
  9. Convincing doctors not to take unnecessary scans, MRIs, etc.
  10. Screaming into the void!
