Aishwariya's LittLog

On Books, Writing, Editing, and More

Objects in the Rearview Mirror

When I look back on my life

I search for that defining moment

That showed me to myself

And transformed me

It would have to be the day

We sat across the table

And shared eternities

In precious seconds

They carried me through

And kept me on the straight and narrow

I walked through metaphorical flames

And although I wasn’t unscathed

If I were to redo the last few years

I might just do the same things all over again!
