I’m on 18 tablets a day for various reasons. So on the best of days, I’ve to be careful about what I eat. I always carry cloves with me since I get carsick easily.
For the past one week, I’ve been throwing up a little in my mouth. Since I have a deviated septum, one day, the vomit went through my nose. I can’t begin to tell you how disgusting that is. It is certainly a lot more disgusting than it sounds.
Today, I realized that if I sip a little water through the day, this doesn’t happen. It’s unbelievable, but for the longest time, I haven’t given myself the pause or time needed to enable that. If I drink water and then eat a bit extra, too, I throw up in my mouth a little. I get chest pain when I need to expel gas from the body either by belching or flatulence. THis is basic but in my case, each time I get worried that it could be a heart attack, because it has happened to people with metabolic syndrome before. Metabolic syndrome is when a person has a cocktail of medical conditions due to obesity and a sedentary lifestyle.
