My review
When I chose this book for review, I imagined heartwarming tales of kittens and puppies from across India. Tales to uplift the mood and restore one’s faith in humanity. When I received the review copy and started reading it however, I was surprised to find tales of marital rape, trans people, child molestation and other such serious and disturbing topics. The stories though are brief and well-written with a small section for Kopal’s Takeaway and black and white photos included.
