The first time you discovered the healing power of art

Although I’ve done pencil shading classes during my summer holidays in school after class X and attended painting classes at home in middle school, I didn’t think of art as therapy until 2018 or so when I bought some mandala coloring books for adults and colored them using crayons. It gave me a sense of focus and peace. Speaking of which, I must resume my mandalas again.
