Although I’ve done pencil shading classes during my summer holidays in school after class X and attended painting classes at home in middle school, I didn’t think of art as therapy until 2018 or so when I bought some mandala coloring books for adults and colored them using crayons. It gave me a sense of focus and peace. Speaking of which, I must resume my mandalas again.

I haven’t tried mandalas but putting pen to paper has always brought a sense of peace and clarity.
@Suchita – The ones I do are as easy as ‘Paint by numbers’:) I don’t do the outlines. I only color inside with crayons.
