On Tuesdays at Habuild, they usually conduct lower body workout. Your leg muscles, calves, thigh etc get a workout. Initially, I was able to do all the exercises easily and made sure never to skip Tuesdays. But as my workload got heavier and heaver, I found myself too tired to attend fitness classes. One day I attended Tuesday class after a long break and started my exercise without warm-up. Big mistake. My calf muscle was hurting for three weeks. So now, I do only what I can.
