A gentle suggestion from me: Please check my socials before reaching out to me.

Someone messaged me privately and asked whether I had a problem with her. I said I didn’t, and I meant it. I said if she sensed weird vibes, I would happily leave her WhatsApp group. I went and removed myself. Then I got a DM saying, ‘Please leave my WhatsApp group. You are ruining my mental health and my group. ‘

I just blocked and reported her choosing the ‘offensive’ option. This is not the first time this has happened—it won’t be the last. I’ve learned to be okay with being disliked, even without reading the book The Courage to be Disliked.

I’ve learned it through life’s harsh lessons!
