The cheapest way for a group of 10 to reach Amritsar by flight

Someone posed a question to a WhatsApp group:

What is the cheapest way for a group of 10 to get to Amritsar by flight?

Here are my creative-plus-practical answers:

  1. Makemytrip or Easemytrip or whatever?
  2. If it is a group of press persons, there are famjams.
  3. Select a low-cost airline and make bookings.
  4. If you have a company, put it in your expense account.
  5. If you have a travel blog with an audience, get some company to sponsor you.
  6. Use a travel discount voucher if you have one.
  7. Use your credit card vouchers if they are suitable.
  8. Go for crowdfunding if there is a cause involved.
  9. Bring about tie-ups with the Punjab Tourism Department.
  10. Get tie-ups with banks.
  11. Sell something via e-commerce and raise money.
