Aishwariya's LittLog

On Books, Writing, Editing, and More

Most people must be sick to the gills about how I go on and on about Damyanti Biswas’s Book, YBYS. I’ll tell you why I love it so much! It came to me at the right time. I felt so honoured to receive it. She was soooo sweet to me always! So pretty – ( I am not a lesbian).

I loved watching her soar. She was so special. Even at the pinnacle of her success, she tagged me on a readers’ group among other bloggers, and I felt so acknowledged. I’ve had cases when some total stranger of an author has got their work done by me and then vanished without even a thank you note. You feel used if that happens. You feel hurt and like some slave, which I’m not!

I got to know how Damyanti’s world works – oh boy! Not easy! And that’s an understatement.

Both the book and the author will always be special to me.
