Aishwariya's LittLog

On Books, Writing, Editing, and More

After the pandemic, I learned a few lessons that held me in good stead during the next big crisis, the Michaung cyclone that hit Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh this week.

** Put your health, your family’s health, and being civil above all if you can help it.

** Be kind to yourself first.

** Try to help, share useful resources, or just keep quiet. Don’t spread panic.

** Don’t delay your health treatments trying to help others who may not need, want, or appreciate your efforts.

** If you are not in a good frame of mind, lean a bit on people you’ve known and who know you rather than strangers on the internet.
