Unauthorized use of any site content—including altered versions of images or text—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

I use a toothbrush with soft bristles. I switch between Himalaya toothpaste and Vantej (dentist-recommended brand). I use dentogel for my tongue lacerations. I don’t use a tongue cleaner since it induces vomit. I’ve learned it’s better not to use any mouthwash. It’s best to use potable water and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt.

I’ve learned that lack of oral hygiene can lead to alzheimers, brain fog, and affect the brain. I’ve also learned that root canals and dental implants are dangerous for the same reason.
