What are scapular pull ups good for?
Scapular pull-ups, also known as scapula pull-ups, are an upper-body workout that uses a smaller range of motion than a regular pull-up to activate your shoulders and back muscles. When performed properly, scapular pull-ups lead to increased upper-body strength.
Today, in Trishala’s class, we did resistance training, which is a must for women over 40. A mix of dance and strength makes Trishala’s classes fun.
I used my resistance band, which was perfect for me. I sat on my chair and did it. I used bodyweight and my resistance band today. Today’s anchor exercise was push -ups.
