I just figured out that I drank a gazillion bottles of water today because that was not thirst. It was hunger! I had skipped lunch and forgotten all about it. I ate 1.5 tubs of ice cream for breakfast. This is becoming a food diary of sorts. But I hope you will be able to pick up some insights from this. I’m eating Walnuts from Big Basket ( BB Popular) now. They are pretty fresh.
Fresh walnuts taste amazing. Anything will taste good when you are hungry. I read about hunger the other day and read that a person ate paper because he/she didn’t have food. That’s tragic!
