A gentle suggestion from me: Please check my socials before reaching out to me.

Today, I completely forgot I had a yoga class to attend. I forgot the day ( not the year). I felt a sense of timelessness. Lost in time, so to speak.

For a 7 pm class, I turned up 10 minutes before class ended ‘coz that’s when I realized I’d missed class. I did only Shavasana and bhastrika. Earlier, I used to skip bhastrika due to acidity issues. But our yoga guru told us that we can do it slowly and gently. So, now I have started doing that. Even in these 10 minutes, my arms started paining. But the good thing is I haven’t totally skipped class. I have done two asanas. Anyway, Mondays, it’s light yoga.
