Aishwariya's LittLog

On Books, Writing, Editing, and More

Do you see yourself

In every character you write?

How many faces and layers does this Eve have?

Is she a narcissist?

Or an empath caught in a toxic web of lies?

Ask her to make up her mind

Before she has someone else

Make it up for her

Peel back the carefully constructed lies

That surround her

To arrive at the truth

So glorious and pristine

It would take an army to get past the fort

She has built around herself

They must swim through the moat of scandal,

Draw swords with deceit

Until they discover the core inside her

Shining like a beacon in the night

Emitting a glow that few can see.
