Aishwariya's LittLog

On Books, Writing, Editing, and More

A day in my life…hmmm…What can I say? A day in my life is never typical. Each day is different. One day – the electricity is running smoothly, my house help come and do their work, I work on my documents, get a little rest, chat via text with my BFF, and go to bed.

But that happens once in a blue moon. Most of the time, I wake up with a migraine, am light- and sound-sensitive, the electricity supply is erratic, the phone lines are bewitched, gremlins invade my laptops, and the usually calm me is screaming like a banshee on steroids.

To join in on the racket, 13 dogs, several babies, and assorted wildlife and critters join in. It’s cacophony at its best( or should I say – worst!)

And then like Chief Vitalstatistix, I keep worrying about the sky that’s threatening to fall on all our heads.

Note – I wrote this sometime in 2024 during one of the #Blogchatter challenges to a prompt.
