I received a review copy of Gyan Yoga by Richa Tilokani.
Since it deals with ancient wisdom dating back to the days of the Mahabharata when Lord Krishna advises Arjuna at the time of the Kurukshetra war, I’m taking my time to imbibe what’s in the book and process it gently.
There are pages devoted to going back to the source in her new book. Be it with the source of the Ganges. I have read and reviewed Richa’s earlier book The Bhagavat Gita a couple of years ago.
Richa writes about Apara Vidya and Para Vidya in the new book. She writes that Gyan Yoga is an ancient treasure house of wisdom, which was compiled more than 5000 years ago.
This book offers readers a glimpse into Gyan Yoga and discusses its 6 key tenets. The author seems to have written this book in 2023, so she has included wars happening worldwide at the time. In the age of artificial intelligence, let us learn from the source – Gyan yoga.
