As a child, I often tried growing mustard seeds in pots. Until recently, we had giant money plants creeping on the side of the wall outside the house. But it was growing on the neighbour’s wall, so they trimmed it off.
I have taken two small bits of the money plant for growing inside the house in bottles. They are in the hall.
No plants in my bedroom, though. I have been toying with the idea of having succulents on my study table in my room, but I have not got down to doing it.
At my previous workplace, they would often send potted plants from Nurserylive, but these tended to die. I found out from my middle school pals that it’s best to get plants from a nursery. We have a nursery near our house, but it’s been ages since we went there. On our trip to Yercaud a couple of years ago, we brought back plants which now adorn the balcony.
When I think of plants, I think of green, calm spaces.
But I do recognise that we need to look after these plants, else they will die.

Plants add charm to life. I keep plenty of them all around my house. Moneyplant too, though I keep that to the boundary wall. They can damage walls, in fact.
Yes, in fact one of the walls with a big money plant growing has left marks on the wall. THe wall needs a coat of paint.
Yes, plants give a sense of peace and calmness.
Absolutely. I must make a trip to the nursery soon.
