I’m most active on LinkedIn. I’m now on Bluesky.

When I was doing my first internship with RK Swamy/BBDO in partial fulfillment of my B.A degree in Economics( with advertising), I created a project report on fragrances.

The training objectives were:

  1. Choose a product and do a brand study of the existing market for that product
  2. Carry out a consumer survey
  3. Assess consumer response
  4. Develop a product concept
  5. Formulate a brand strategy

I chose the product ‘Perfumes.’ I included a brand study, an analysis of commercials for perfumes and a price list. I interviewed 10 people as per guidance and conducted in- depth interviews. I also conducted face-to-face interviews.

I wrote about the market positioning, image, USP, a few words about the advertisement and the distribution strategy of several brands of perfumes.

I wrote about a product concept and its brand strategy.

Here’s page 1 of my project report. My sweet dad has kept all my work right from college days:)

As for cocktails vs mocktails, I prefer mocktails. I can’t hold my drink as some people can, so I find mocktails enjoyable.
