On Books, Writing, Editing, and More

My Yoga Guru stresses the importance of the strength of one’s legs. He says that as long as you have strong legs, your ageing will be under control.

In his classes, I’ve learned about “active rest,” which means that even when you are resting, you can keep the body moving. For example, stationary walking.

He stresses that we must breathe through our nose for deep breathing. When we breathe through the mouth, it leads to shallow breathing. Also, impurities will enter your body through the mouth.

He insists on varying the yoga routine because variations will break the patterns of the brain.

These are three important takeaways for me!
