Chase the Change by Sandeep Jain

In this book, the author Sandeep Jain delves into the psychology of change, enabling readers to realize their potential by analyzing what holds them back from success and how to rectify it.

Sandeep Jain is a strategy consultant, leadership coach, and CEO/ Founder of Value-Unlocked Private Limited.

The author focuses on personal change- a change that helped you become a better version of yourself. For example, adopting a habit, changing your behavior, learning a new skill, or handling a relationship.

The author feels that only change can counter the effects of aging. 

The author writes about the different types of biases – anchoring bias, confirmation bias, sunk cost bias, hindsight bias, imposter syndrome, dunning-kruger effect, etc.

He also talks of the WONDER Code of Change. He explains the use of tools like the wheel of life, Ikigai, Johari Window, Coaching that people receive, and using feedback. 

He touches upon the Eisenhower matrix and SMART goals as well. Put to use in a business context, the book can help coach senior business leaders who are always handling change.
