Found poetry is created by reframing words, phrases, and sometimes whole passages from other sources. The sources can be written or oral texts, such as books, poems, speeches, or conversations. The writer can change spacing, lines, or text, such as adding or deleting words, to give new meaning to the borrowed texts. Found poetry is like a literary collage.
