Recalling Pandeymonium at Ogilvy

As Piyush Pandey moves into an advisory role at Ogilvy after a little over 40 years with the advertising giant, I’m happy to recall a moment from his book launch in Bangalore.

I worked at Ogilvy Bangalore between July 2015 and December 2016. I worked on a number of accounts while at Ogilvy – accounts on sportswear, books, business, car resales, interior décor, etc. One of the highlights of my time at Ogilvy was when Piyush Pandey came over to the Bangalore office for the release of his book Pandeymonium.

The concluding paragraph of his book says, “I’m sixty, I’m fit, I’m healthy and driven. If I do decide to do something other than Ogilvy, it’ll be a retirement passion or a hobby. It could be to help India be a better place.”
