On Books, Writing, Editing, and More

A Poem for My Father on Father’s Day

I met you at the door of my life

You carried me through storms, through sunshine

You listened to me until I knew my mind

When I am lost in the maze of my life

I dream your scent of wisdom

Your voice like clarity

Your hands like clocks that guide me in the world

Appa, I’m your star

Once, we traveled together in the forest

I did not know you were the guide

You will always be the best guide
