Today, we did virtual swimming. It was amazing because I had forgotten the breast-stroke and backstroke.

I felt like I was swimming again minus the pee-filled pools and chlorine or the need for an expensive ibox/ game console.

The theme of swimming continued through the session with us doing the bridge pose with our arms flailing. I enjoyed that, too.

I did ardh halasana. I also did the twist. I did wall push-ups. My breathing has improved immensely and I can sense I don’t open my mouth at night and swallow air ( or poochies). The average human being swallows eight poochies in their lifetime. Tamilians, you know what I mean. Also, snoring issues are sorted.
